Gilbert Subdivision

The Gilbert Subdivision connects two amazing neighborhoods, Meadowlark & Indian Cliff, with the newly built Roberts Drive. This neighborhood is located at the end of Indian Cliff and provides seclusion and privacy with our new cul-de-sac. Curtis Homes built eight homes custom designed by Muddy River Design of Bend, Oregon. The house exteriors work together to create a cohesive design, while each has a differing style. Several homes in the neighborhood have views of Mt. Adams and/or Mt. Hood. Home construction began in December of 2017.
